J. Harris Development is constantly improving to better serve the Homeowner. The most recent addition to the company is J. Harris Real Estate. We can now develop, build and sell our own product. We have also added a 3000 sq. ft. design center centrally located in downtown Birmingham. We will work with the homeowner on all new home decorator selections. The more involved we are in the process the better we can serve the homeowner and ensure the best home and the best experience possible. From your visit to the community, writing your contract, visiting the design center, to closing on your home, we will guide you each step of the way.
